We are a lifestyle Chinese Media Company based in London. Our company mission is to help Chinese expats to live a better life in the UK.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to manage our marketing activities that promote products and services. You will aim to raise awareness of new products, brands and services via campaigns and projects. 

This position is full-time, 40 hours a week. You will be working mostly from home and come into the office when needed to meet with your team members and the line manager (once a month minimum). You will also enjoy flexible working hours with a start time that suits you, our core hours are between 10 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. 

You will report directly to the Managing Director, this position's start date is after September 2022. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the performance of development and delivery of all marketing communication activities and projects. 
  • Create brand and product marketing campaigns using internal and external advertising channels, as well as all new marketing collaterals in both B2C and B2B
  • Create promotion plans for prospective clients by working closely with sales
  • Lead the execution of marketing communication activities from start to finish which will include social media, content, email, PR, events and so on, creating compelling messaging and positioning to differentiate our products in the market
  • Create, maintain and conduct marketing analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and strategies
  • Play a leading role in promoting the Red Scarf brand and find new ways to increase product online traffic and identify new business opportunities for our social media, website and apps by working closely with product operations and sales
  • Work closely with in-house teams and other third parties and ensure in-house product operations are aligned with the overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines
  • Constantly monitor, review and provide recommendations to product operations on how we can further optimise product performance and campaigns through data collection and analysis from sales and product operations
  • Generate and analyse customer insights, consumer trends, and market analysis and use marketing best practices to build successful strategies, create and lead structured focus groups and surveys on a regular basis
  • Identify and determine new product opportunities and pricing through competition analysis, including market watch and research
  • Responsible for all external marketing and PR-related communications, liaising with users, clients and cross-function departments


  • Degree education in marketing or business
  • Familiar with UK lifestyle and retailers is essential
  • 3 years+ experience in a B2C product marketing and digital marketing role, preferably working with Chinese social media, website and affiliate marketing
  • Experienced project manager with a proven track record to deliver optimised performance
  • Experienced in campaign management, planning, delivery
  • Strong Chinese copywriting skill is desirable
  • Passion for research and keeping up to date with digital marketing trends (SEO, social media, PPC, affiliate…)
  • Professional level spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Confident, self-motivated creative thinker with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a small, fast-paced teamwork environment 
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Familiar with Google analytical products and popular digital marketing analytical tools
