This is an exciting role within our sales team as you will be taking 100% ownership of the management of a combined portfolio of advertising and affiliate clients in the lifestyle and shopping sectors. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with your accounts to meet their marketing and advertising needs.

 

Full-time working hour: 40 hours per week, 6 months contract.


Responsibilities and Duties 


  • Operate as the main point of contact for the assigned accounts and provide full account management services to complete the sales pipeline which includes researching, negotiating, advertising planning and performance management
  • Deliver excellent service and relationship management to assigned client accounts, which include arranging meetings and calls
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Nurture and grow the accounts to maximize the performance of both clients and company by identifying new advertising opportunities
  • Reach out and negotiate with clients on exclusive offers, CPA increase & sales opportunities 
  • Daily collaboration with Editorial staff to ensure high-level content creations to meet clients’ advertising goals with clear and effective communication
  • Track and analyze client account metrics on a regular basis to provide account growing insights and strategic plans for the Head of Sales and clients
  • Daily use of Salesforce to maintain accurate and updated records for the client portfolio management 
  • Undertake administrative tasks (record worksheets, data capture, client reports, etc.) 


Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of Account Management experience in Media Sales
  • Proficient level of English and Mandarin required - oral and written
  • Experienced user of Salesforce
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good numeracy and account analyzing skills 
  • Good business insights and digital marketing sense
  • Good external and internal communication skills
  • Good client relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Passionate about Chinese digital and social media
  • Experienced with Google Suite products especially Google Sheets
  • Undergraduate Degree or Above in Marketing preferred
  • A valid UK working visa is required, no sponsorship available for this position
